Seasoned Oil & Gas professional with over 33 years of diversified global experience across refineries, petrochemical plants, licensing firms and technical training services including two decades with UOP Technologies and Honeywell UOP Licensing. He played a central role in establishing Honeywell UOP’s Training Services in the Middle East, transforming it from a start-up initiative into a strategic business unit.

His technical expertise spans a wide spectrum of Refinery & Petrochemical Process Units, such as Hydrotreating, Hydrocracking, RFCCU, Penex Isomerization, CCR Platforming, Merox, Butanol & Hydroformylation, etc. He commissioned four large-scale plants in APAC and EMEA regions, working alongside global partners, viz., MRPL, DOW Chemicals, Petronas, and ORPIC.

In parallel, he led over 620 technical training programs worldwide, training more than 1,600 professionals, ranging from fresh graduates to VPs & COOs. His instructional style blends deep process knowledge with modern teaching methodologies such as 2D/3D process animations, dynamic simulators & integrated pilot plants.

Throughout his career, worked closely with Global / Regional organizations such as Saudi ARAMCO, KNPC, YASREF, SATORP, ADNOC, Qatar Petroleum and ENOC, delivering high-impact training, conducting process optimization sessions & leading customized technical upskilling initiatives. Also, he designed proprietary training programs, such as the Advanced Development Program for Young Engineers (ADPYE) for ARAMCO.

His strength lies in combining technical leadership, strategic planning and training innovation to support hydrocarbons assets performance, talent development and operational excellence.
