Identification of Operations Bottlenecks

During operating phase of a process facility, occasional operational bottlenecks are observed due to various reasons, such as deviations from design basis, ambient conditions, equipment pre-matured deterioration and gap in skill sets of Operations & Maintenance crew, etc. Extended operation of a facility with bottlenecks leads to further deterioration of assets, increased OPEX and reduced production / availability of the facility.
